What most people see as a scattered collection of roles and experiences, I see stars waiting to be connected. My job is to string them together into the constellation that is uniquely, unmistakably you.

I come to this work as part researcher, part coach, part investigative journalist, part storyteller -- listening for the thread that runs between everything you've done and everything you are. I'm not looking for what sounds good. I'm looking for what's true. And after 20 years of doing this work, I know how to find it in places most people would never think to look.

STORY MINING SESSIONS (QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP)

You know you should be posting. You just never quite get around to it -- and when you do, you stare at the blank page until something urgent pulls you away.

Every other Tuesday you show up to a live group call with one job: leave with a story worth telling. Laura kicks things off with a prompt designed to unlock something real from your week, a moment, a decision, a lesson, an observation.

You brainstorm out loud, bounce ideas off the group, get Laura’s input and by the end of the call you have a story idea fully shaped and ready to write.

You'll leave every call with:

  • 1 - 3 developed story ideas drawn from your real experience

  • A clear angle ready to write. No more staring at the blank page

  • Feedback from Laura on how to tell the story effectively

Meets the first and third Tuesday of every month at 1pm ET/10am PT.

STORY, DONE FOR YOU

Most leaders know they should be showing up on LinkedIn. They just don't have the time or the words to show up consistently.

We fix that.

We talk twice a month. I ask the questions and extract the stories, shape them, and write them. You review, approve, and post. That's it.

Every month you'll receive 4 to 6 social posts written in your voice, built entirely from your real experiences that build your personal brand and tie into the long term vision for your work.

Minimum commitment: 6 months

If you haven’t already completed “Discover Your Personal Brand Story” this will be completed in Month 1.
